Note:
- Sweety Anime colored contacts come packed in blisters where each lens is fully immersed in a buffered isotonic solution. Please remember to transfer the lenses in your lens case filled with multipurpose solution & let it soak for at least 6 hours prior to the first wear.
- Colored contacts may sometimes stick to the packaging due to staying still during long transits. They may also look frozen in sub-zero temperatures but stay assured none of this will damage your lenses. When you find there is something unusual with your lens, please do not break the seal. Take pictures and contact us on how to resurrect your lenses safely.

Please take note that 12 months replacement period is a maximum period you can use. After you opened the lenses, it depends on the frequency you used.
It's wear and tear product, the more frequent you use, you shall dispose it in shorter period time frame. The longest you can use is 12 months. Says you used it every day, then we advise you to dispose it within 3 months.

Generally we take 3-4 business days to process the order except below products

- Shipping -
We have 3 warehouses which they are in Malaysia, China & US, so products may be shipped separately. Not to worry, tracking number will be provided for each package sent.
Shipping may be combined sometimes and you may not see the delivery time frame during checkout. In such case, we will ship with Standard/Economy Shipping and it shall take 20 ~ 30 business days to reach you.
- Custom made items such as toric contacts & hyperopia contacts are not allowed to be returned.
- Wig is not allowed to be returned due to hygiene reason.
- For order after shipped, item can be returned at buyer's cost and 90% refund will be granted if approved, exclude shipping. Returned item must be in original/ unused/ unopened/ sealed condition.
- Request to return or exchange shall be emailed to us within 7 calendar days from the day the package was delivered.
- We advise you to email us to find out more about the product if you are unsure or do intensive research before ordering.
