HOW DOES CONTACT LENS CLEANER 5.0 WORK?
3N Contact Lens Cleaner is developed under ELEPY technology.
In certain circumstances, proteins carry negative charges and move toward the positive pole in an electric field. The two cleaning poles made of nanometer material are the electrodes in the electric field. The positive pole on the right side absorbs dacryolin, and the negative pole on the left side releases hydrogen, therefore removing the dacrolyn from the contact lens.

TRADITIONAL CLEANING METHODS ARE INEFFECTIVE IN DEPROTEINIZATION
- Immerse with contact lens solution - Works only as sterilizer .The main ingredients of contact lens Solution works on sterilization, their effect on deproteinization is extremely limited
- Rub with hands- Causes secondary pollution easily. Rubbing contact lens with hands easily causes irreparable damages to the lens, and the bacteria from hands causes secondary pollution.
- Oscillating/ultrasonic machine - Damages the lens. High frequency waves damage the structure of the lens, thus greatly shorten the lifespan of the lens, and the deproteinization effect is unsatisfactory.

- Shipping -
We have 3 warehouses which they are in Malaysia, China & US, so products may be shipped separately. Not to worry, tracking number will be provided for each package sent.
Shipping may be combined sometimes and you may not see the delivery time frame during checkout. In such case, we will ship with Standard/Economy Shipping and it shall take 20 ~ 30 business days to reach you.
- Custom made items such as toric contacts & hyperopia contacts are not allowed to be returned.
- Wig is not allowed to be returned due to hygiene reason.
- For order after shipped, item can be returned at buyer's cost and 90% refund will be granted if approved, exclude shipping. Returned item must be in original/ unused/ unopened/ sealed condition.
- Request to return or exchange shall be emailed to us within 7 calendar days from the day the package was delivered.
