Check the packaging type in product name or product description.

Example A: 1 lens/pack - Means only 1 single lens in each unit.

- If you have same power/sph/prescription for both eyes, add quantity 2 to cart.

- If you have different power/sph/prescription for both eyes, eg -1.50 & -2.00, add each power quantity 1 in your cart.

You will get 2 lenses (a pair).

Remarks

Please take note that 3 months replacement period is a maximum period you can use. After you opened the lenses, it depends on the frequency you used.

It's wear and tear product, the more frequent you use, you shall dispose it in shorter period time frame. The longest you can use is 3 months. Says you used it every day, then we advise you to dispose it within 1~2 months.

Color Blend

This is non-opaque colored contacts, it will blend according to your original eye color and may look different from the model's photos. Most of the models have dark brown eyes.

Generally we take 3-4 business days to process the order except below products

- Shipping -

We have 3 warehouses which they are in Malaysia, China & US, so products may be shipped separately. Not to worry, tracking number will be provided for each package sent.

Shipping may be combined sometimes and you may not see the delivery time frame during checkout. In such case, we will ship with Standard/Economy Shipping and it shall take 20 ~ 30 business days to reach you.

Cancellation

Custom made items such as toric contacts & hyperopia contacts are not allowed to be returned.
Wig is not allowed to be returned due to hygiene reason.
For order after shipped, item can be returned at buyer's cost and 90% refund will be granted if approved, exclude shipping. Returned item must be in original/ unused/ unopened/ sealed condition.
Request to return or exchange shall be emailed to us within 7 calendar days from the day the package was delivered.
We advise you to email us to find out more about the product if you are unsure or do intensive research before ordering.
