Les lentilles de contact Sweety Crazy Solid Red II offrent une teinte rouge vibrante et audacieuse, parfaite pour un usage quotidien, le cosplay et les occasions spéciales. Approuvées par la FDA pour leur sécurité et leur confort, ces lentilles ont un diamètre de 14 mm et une teneur en eau de 38 % pour une tenue prolongée toute la journée sans dessèchement. La courbure de base de 8,6 mm assure un ajustement sûr et naturel qui reste confortable tout au long de la journée. Chaque emballage d'une seule lentille comprend un étui de lentilles pour un rangement et un entretien pratiques. À remplacer tous les 3 mois pour une hygiène oculaire et une santé optimales, avec une période d'utilisation maximale de 6 mois. Please take note that 3 months replacement period is a maximum period you can use. After you opened the lenses, it depends on the frequency you used.
It's wear and tear product, the more frequent you use, you shall dispose it in shorter period time frame. The longest you can use is 3 months. Says you used it every day, then we advise you to dispose it within 1~2 months.

Generally we take 3-4 business days to process the order except below products

- Shipping -
We have 2 warehouses which they are in Malaysia & China, so products may be shipped separately. Not to worry, tracking number will be provided for each package sent.
Shipping may be combined sometimes and you may not see the delivery time frame during checkout. In such case, we will ship with Standard/Economy Shipping and the below shipping time shall apply.

1. The delivery time frame is based on the best ESTIMATION. All transit times are subject to Customs Clearance, transport conditions, weather conditions, the volume of mail traffic and etc.
2. International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the Recipient.
3. Estimated delivery time frame EXCLUDE processing time (found in product description).
4. Please provide a contact number, postal code and buzz code (if any) in the shipping address. DO NOT enter P.O Box address. Delivery is usually done from Monday to Friday, working hours only.
5. Please contact us if the package did not reach within the mentioned delivery time frame, else we will not be able to perform an investigation with the shipper. We will not entertain any claim after such a period.
6. It’s the buyer's responsibility to track the package, please track regularly.
- Cancellation* -
1. Request can be made before item is fulfilled.
*Toric & Hyperopia contact lenses are not available for cancellation as they are custom made items.
- Return* -
1. For order after shipped, contacts can be returned at buyer's cost and 10% restocking fee will be charged. Returned item must be in original/ unused/ unopened/ sealed condition.
2. Request to return or exchange shall be emailed to us within 14 calendar days from the day the package was delivered.
3. We advise you to email us to find out more about the product if you are unsure or do intensive research before ordering.
*Wigs are not available for return due to hygiene.
- Exchange -
Exchange is applicable when you received defective or wrong items, please send us the photo of the received items and we will send you replacement with the original shipping method. Replacement with other same value item or refund only can be done if the same item is out of stock.
